TELE PRIMIUM Terms of Use

TELE PRIMIUM is an application that lets you watch video content through the playlists m3u.

The applications provides a subscription service that allows our members to access on EPG of movies and TV shows (“TELE PRIMIUM content”) streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers and other devices (“TELE PRIMIUM ready devices”).

TELE PRIMIUM service is provided to you by Azero di Paolo Rossignoli, an Italian private company. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, “TELE PRIMIUM service”, “our service” or “the service” means the service provided by TELE PRIMIUM for discovering and watching TELE PRIMIUM content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

1. EPG subscription
   Your subscription to TELE PRIMIUM will continue from month to month until it is not canceled. In order to use the TELE PRIMIUM service, you must have Internet access and a compatible device TELE PRIMIUM; you must also provide us with a current payment method, valid and accepted (the “Payment Method”), which you can update periodically. Unless you fails to cancel your subscription prior to quarterly billing date, authorizing us to charge you the subscription fee of the month on the chosen Payment Method (see the “Termination” section below).

2. Free Trials
   Your TELE PRIMIUM membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for three month, or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new members and certain former members to try the service.
   Free trial eligibility is determined by TELE PRIMIUM at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent TELE PRIMIUM membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent TELE PRIMIUM membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
   We will charge your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the subscription price you open the application, enter on Store and discover the quarterly subscription fee.
3. Miscellaneous
   Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italians. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
   Unsolicited Materials. TELE PRIMIUM does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas forTELE PRIMIUM content, and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to TELE PRIMIUM.
   Legal content. The application is designed for use with channel playlists with legal content.
   No Affliliation. TELE PRIMIUM does not provide the playlists and is not affiliated with any retailer of these lists.
   Customer Support. For more information about our service and the characteristics of the same, or if you require additional assistance, please write a message through the form affixed inside of our website (www.iptelevision.tv). In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and any information provided by the customer service department or in other sections of our web site, these Terms of Use shall prevail.
   Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   Changes to Terms of Use. TELE PRIMIUM may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use.
